Preheat oven to 170˚C or 160˚C fan and line a shallow baking tray with baking paper.
Mix together the oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper and sea salt in a bowl. Add the almonds and give everything a good stir so the almonds are coated in the spice mix.
Tip the almonds onto the paper and spread them out into one layer.
Cook the almonds for 10 minutes, stirring them every 5 minutes or so to make sure they cook evenly. Do keep a close eye on the almonds though as they can burn very easily!
