- Preheat the oven to 190˚C or 180˚C Fan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, cream, milk and parmesan cheese together. pour this into the pre-cooked pastry case.

- Brush the cherry tomatoes with a little olive oil and arrange them on the egg mixture in the pastry case. scatter the crumbled feta and thyme leaves around the tomatoes.
- Cook the quiche for 30-40 minutes (check after 25), until the egg mixture is set and the top nicely browned.
